Where does ADI Homes build?

ADI Homes generally builds in South King County with primary focus in Seatac, Tukwila, Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Des Moines, Burien, & the surrounding cities. If your project is located outside of this area, please do still reach out to us and inquire about your project.

What is a spec home?

A speculative home is a one built without a particular buyer. The home is built by the builder to sell at a later point. Spec homes are typically kept very neutral to welcome all types of buyers.

What is a custom home?

A custom home is built according to the buyers or home owners specifications. In a custom home build project, the buyer or home owner have say on what materials to use, the layout of the home, colors to use, and more to make it just the perfect home. 

How long does it take to build a home?

The time to complete any project will vary depending on many factors. This will include the overall size of the home, complexity with construction or location, material & labor availability, permitting turnaround, & client communication. For the average 2500- 4000 SQFT home, we have been able to start and complete construction of homes in 7-9 months.

Can I choose the finishing materials for my home?

In a custom built home, our clients have the option to choose the finishing they would like for their home. We will provide many recommendations to help our clients make the best educated decision. 

In a Spec Home, if the home is sold during construction, we offer partial choosing of materials. Inquire with ADI Homes to see if any of our Spec Homes are available for purchase.
